Several youth employment programmes are available at Tiana Business Consulting Services for 2025, aiming to equip young people with skills and work experience to reduce unemployment. The programmes are running across the country in all Provinces (Gauteng, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, North West, Eastern Cape, Western Cape, Northern Cape, Free State and KwaZulu Natal), targeting the TVET Colleges students, Unemployed Youth registered on the Department of Labour database.

The Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) Surveyor Recruitment Programme
· The programme is targeted to unemployed youth and entails the following:
· OD Surveyors - These surveyors will interview heavy vehicle/truck drivers at weighbridges. Thus, they must be comfortable talking to truck drivers.
· TC Surveyors - These surveyors will classify and count heavy vehicles/ trucks passing by predefined points where the surveyors will be stationed. Thus, they need to have good eyesight.
Additional requirements for each surveyor:
· Fluent in English, additional languages are a bonus.
· Matric
· Reliable cellphone (the surveyor will need to download and make use of a custom developed mobile app; data will be provided.).
· Able to report at a predefined location within the relevant town on the day of training (time to be confirmed)/ Training will be done online via Ms Teams
Additional information:
· Surveyors will only be paid for the days on which the surveys are completed (i.e., # Working days indicated)
· We are able to arrange accommodation, where there is need, the manager will have to approve it if it makes sense. Please note that food is not included in the accommodation, they normally get self-catering units
