What We Offer
- Recruitment advertising – we advertise the position on behalf of our client and receive the CVs through a dedicated email address.
- Response handling – we handle all responses received electronically and produce a longlist and shortlist on behalf of our clients.
- Sourcing of permanent, contract and temporary employees.
- Interview facilitation services – we provide interview secretariat services, invite candidates for interviews, compile interview packs, sit in interviews and provide the required recruitment process reports.
- Probity checks – we conduct probity checks on the candidates supplied to you by us or if you have interviewed yourself but need us to support you with the checks.
- Psychometric and Competency Assessments – Our Psychometric and Competency Assessments vary depending on the level of the position being assessed and the preferred assessment battery by the Client.
